Session description

This session will look at how digitalisation impacts costs in different business areas and how this can lead to new business models and new revenues. We will look at different business initiative areas, including: O&M, asset management, supply and inventory management, risk management, business development and finance. We will discuss how digitalisation transforms these business initiative areas by enabling: lower O&M costs, less uncertainty in asset management, streamlined supply and inventory management, lower risk premiums, more business development.
