Biography

Mr. Zhuang, born in Shanghai in 1988, has been engaged in wind resource assessment since 2013. He is now the director of technical team of Wind Resources Development Dept., Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group Co., Ltd. and has participated in the national science and technology project named Research and Demonstration of the Key Technology of Intelligent Wind Field Design Optimization.
