Biography

Catherine Meissner holds a PhD in Meteorology from the KIT in Germany. During her career as meteorologist she has been developing mesoscale NWP models and conducted measurement campaigns. Since 2008, her primary working area has been within wind energy. Since 2011 she is Software Development Manager at WindSim AS and is responsible for the R&D activities with the CFD model WindSim .
