Biography

Jarosław Dybowski is an experienced manager with over 20 years of experience in management positions in companies with Polish capital (PSE Electra, Energa-Obrót) and foreign (Enron, EdF, Atel, Vattenfall). For almost three decades he has been professionally connected with the power sector. An active participant in strategic development processes of Polish and European energy. He has extensive expert knowledge on energy markets (electricity, gas, coal, certificates) in Poland and in the countries of Central and Southern Europe. He co-created and implemented strategies for manufacturing, trading and sales in many domestic and foreign companies.
