Biography

Timo has a background in industrial automation and a M.Sc. degree from Aalto University School of electrical engineering. He has been at VTT since 2011 working as a research scientist focusing in wind power and cold climate issues. During his time at VTT Timo has been working on numerous R&D projects in wide variety of topics including ice detection method development, ice assessment, production data analysis and ice prevention system development.
