Biography

Dr. Anselm Grötzner has been working in the wind industry for almost 20 years. He is currently senior specialist for wind assessment at Ramboll Energy in Kassel, Germany. He studied electrical engineering and meteorology at the Technical University in Darmstadt. He got a PhD in meteorology at the University of Hamburg. After that he spent several years in climate research at the Max-Planck-Institute for Meterology in Hamburg. At Ramboll Energy he is responsible for research and development of tools and methods being applied in wind assessment and consultancy.
