Biography

Wouter Engels has been working at ECN, now part of TNO, for almost 10 years. Having studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Twente, he obtained a PhD at the Institute of Sound and Vibration Research at Southampton University. His research is focused on control applications, on wind turbine and wind farm level.
