Biography

Mr Vladislavs Bezrukovs has been involved in the wind measurements for more than 10 years. He is currently a researcher in the Ventspils University College, Latvia. He has been involved in several wind measurement campaigns in Latvia and has wide experience in mast and LIDAR measurements. He has been participated in EU FP7 NORSEWInD project and currently working in FP7 ERA-NET+ New European Wind Atlass (NEWA) project.
