Biography

Torsten Frey studied International Business Management at Hochschule Furtwangen University and Environmental Studies at Tel Aviv University. Since 2016 he works as a research fellow at Leipzig University's Institute for Infrastructure and Resources Management. At the Chair for Environmental Technology and Environmental Management his research focuses on the management of unexploded ordnance in the offshore environment from a business economics perspective. In this capacity Mr. Frey lead the development of a quality guideline for the treatment of unexploded ordnance in the offshore environment.
