Biography

Mr Stavros Panagoulias is currently employed as Researcher by Plaxis bv. He graduated from the National Technical University of Athens holding a Diploma in Civil Engineering, with specialisation in Geotechnical Engineering. He persuaded a Master’s degree in Offshore and Dredging Engineering from the Delft University of Technology. His research interests lie in the fields of finite element modelling and offshore geotechnical engineering, with a special focus on the offshore wind foundations.
