Biography

Mr Fabre is currently working as a team member of the Resource & Power Performance Department at Eurocape New Energy. The team consists of experts with background and experience in resource assessment and operating wind farm performance. He studied Electro-Mechanical engineering in ESTP, engineering school, Paris and specialized with an MSc in renewable energies, Cranfield University.
