Biography

Dr Tay is a research specialist at Lloyd’s Register Global Technology Center Singapore. He graduated with a PhD from Nanyang Technological University in 2017. His research interest lies in coupled mesoscale-microscale simulations, with a focus on offshore wind energy applications.
