Biography

Born in 1987, Artvin. During his degree in Dokuz Eylül University in Mechanical Engineering, he attended Reims University in France for six months applied photothermal radiometry in physics. In 2013, he received his Master’s Degree from the same university where he studied wind engineering and continues with a Ph.D. on wind energy. Iskender Kokey works in the renewable energy sector since 2011 and now works as a managing partner at his own company, called XGEN Energy, works on Wind Energy, Solar Energy, and Biogas Energy. He continues his research on design and energy interactions of vertical axis wind turbines. Mr. Kokey is also the board member of Energy Industrialists and Businessmen Association in Turkey.
