Biography

From 2008 to 2014 Freia Harzendorf studied Business Administration and Engineering with a major in Energy and Process Engineering at RWTH Aachen university. Since August 2015 she is a research associate in the department of simulation at the Chair of Wind Power Drives at RWTH Aachen university. Her research topic is the identification and the assessment of future wind turbine drivetrain concepts. For that reason she develops a holistic approach for assessing todays and futures drivetrain concepts.
