Biography

Eloise works in The Carbon Trust's Offshore Wind team to deliver industry leading market insight, large scale multi-stakeholder demonstration projects and joint industry programmes. Her role includes managing the Offshore Wind Offshore Renewable Joint Industry Programme (ORJIP) which aims to reduce consenting risk for wind developers and she leads the Offshore Wind Accelerator’s research into wakes and wind resources.
