Biography

Mrs Montavon is a CFD expert with over 20 years experience. She specialised in the field of wind resource assessment during her PhD, pioneering the implementation and use of atmospheric stability in CFD simulations. After her PhD, she worked for 18 years in various roles at ANSYS, where she was leading the technical developments of the WindModeller tool. She recently joined DNV GL, where, together with a team of very competent engineers, she's looking forward to increase the impact of CFD simulations in the wind industry.
