Session description
Over the past years the wind sector in the Netherlands has undergone rapid development. With this session we aim to introduce delegates to the foundations of this succes and an outlook to the future of the Dutch wind sector. From both a government side, as well as the business side, we will introduce you to the Dutch Market and the opportunities this presents. This session aims at both government officials that would like a sneak peek into the workings of the Dutch market, as well as companies that are either looking into entering the Dutch market or that are looking into potential partners in this.
Learning objectives
- understand the foundation behind the success of the Dutch wind sector, both on- and offshore
- gain insight in the role of the Dutch government in wind energy
- gain insight in the developments of the coming years in the Dutch wind energy market
- learn about the strengths of the Dutch supply chain and the opportunities this offers to them
