Session description
Europe’s offshore wind supply chain has already committed over €15 billion to manufacturing, ports, and vessels since 2022, demonstrating its capacity to scale rapidly as projects progress toward execution. While current manufacturing capabilities are sufficient to meet demand through at least 2029, further investment will depend on clear project pipelines, auction schedules, and timely permitting. This panel will explore how the sector can leverage its underutilised capacity to meet EU Net Zero targets and respond to rising installation volumes.
