Christin Töpfer is a Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager at European energy company Vattenfall with over 15 years of experience in EU energy policy and regulation . Since 2024, she has been Chair of the WindEurope Working Group Offshore Wind, contributing to the development of regulatory frameworks that support the clean energy transition.
