Session description
Offshore wind is at the forefront of Europe’s energy security and climate strategy. And the North Sea is set to become its biggest green power plant - as the North Sea Governments has committed to build 300 GW of offshore wind by 2050. Thus, how do we ensure that the Hamburg Declaration do not become a paper tiger, and what can we learn from international cooperation on interconnection to ensure an integrated approach to collaboration and delivery, so we can seize the opportunities?
