Biography

Eoin McShane is Director of EU & International Energy at the Department of Energy, Ireland. Eoin has responsibility for governance of Ireland's EU energy policy and international energy policy, including engagement with bodies such as the International Energy Agency (IEA), International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and G20, to which Ireland is an observer in 2025/26.
