Biography

Amir is Country Lead for Iberia and works on EU External Aid funding and advocacy. He has over 17 years of experience in international policy and EU funding consulting, as well as in fundraising and advocacy, for both public and private sector in Europe, the MENA Region and ASEAN. Amir holds a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages from the University of Salamanca and Freie Universität Berlin, a Master's degree in Diplomacy and International Relations with a specialisation in International Economics from the Spanish Diplomatic School, and a Master's degree in Public Procurement and Bidding from the Organisation of Ibero-American States. Amir is Spanish and speaks English, German, French and Spanish.
