Biography

Ricardo Rodrigues leads EDP’s global OT cybersecurity strategy for a 24.1 GW renewable fleet spanning 383 wind and 96 solar power plants. Working at the intersection of operational technology, critical infrastructure, and the energy transition, he focuses on strengthening cyber resilience, governance, and third-party risk across complex industrial operations. He specializes in supplier security, risk management, and embedding cybersecurity requirements into industrial environments, procurement, and operational delivery. His work helps build the secure, resilient, and trusted foundations needed to support the next generation of renewable energy infrastructure.
