Biography

Małgosia Rybak is Cepi’s Climate Change & Energy Director, a role she has held since January 2021. With more than a decade of experience in public affairs, she leads Cepi’s advocacy on climate and energy, working to shape policy frameworks, accelerate innovation for industrial transition, and advance the Clean Industrial Deal. Before joining Cepi, Małgosia held consulting positions and worked across various European industrial sectors, including bio-based materials production and cement manufacturing. She holds an MSc in European Public Policy from University College London and an MBA from Vlerick Business School.
