Louise leads The Nature Conservancy’s renewable energy policy work in Europe, focusing on accelerating the deployment of renewables in ways that deliver positive outcomes for nature and people as part of a just energy transition. Her expertise spans non price criteria in renewable energy auctions, permitting requirements under the Renewable Energy Directive, and nature positive approaches for onshore and offshore renewable development. Before joining TNC, she gained experience in industry associations and the EU institutions.
