Biography

Dr. Miquel has two degrees in engineering, more precisely in Industrial engineering and in Environmental engineering. In 2017 he obtained his PhD at the University of Bologna, in Italy. In February 2019 he started working at EOLOS, where he focuses in the FLS200 reliability and develops scientific research related to the offshore wind field. His research interests are mainly in the area of hydraulic and marine engineering. He has been carrying out research related to wave energy conversion for 5 years and just recently has been introduced offshore wind energy. He has developed a concept for wave energy conversion which is currently under the process to achieve a patent. Has published 11 articles in international scientific journals and conference proceedings.
