Biography

Dorleta Marina Ortiz MSC Industrial Engineer, specialised in Fluid Mechanics and Rotary Machines at University of the Basque Country, 2011 and at the École Centrale Superieure d’Arts et Mètiers – ParisTech, 2011. Dorleta has over 10 years of international experience in offshore renewable energy. She currently works as project manager at the Biscay Marine Energy Platform, BiMEP. Previously, she worked as a research engineer at Pure Marine Gen, Belfast (Developer of Wave Technology), 2011, and at the Basque Energy Agency (EVE), 2014, as a project technician attached to the Department of Renewable Energy and Investment Promotion.
