Biography

Sergi Ametller is a Civil Engineer and MSc. in Marine Engineering. He has 23 years of experience in managing projects and construction works in the offshore sector. He has been responsible for major works such as the expansion of the Panama Canal and other projects in the offshore sector including offshore wind, port and coastal works. He is currently the director of offshore wind at the company SENER where he leads a technical team active in engineering projects for offshore wind farms, support for the construction of these farms, development of the latest generation HIVE WIND floating platform for 15MW+ turbines and other projects with a high degree of innovation in their conception.
