Biography

Jorge Peña Sagastuy is the principal investigator and consortium leader of the SEAPOWER project. He is Director of Projects and Tender Proposals at SENER INGENIERIA and SISTENAS S.A, Bilbao Division, Design and Product Integrity Section. He obtained the title of Aeronautical Engineer, in the specialty of Aeronautical Materials and Armament in Madrid, in 1997.Since 1998 he has worked at SENER INGENIERIA y Sistemas, as a specialist engineer and Project Manager of multidisciplinary projects.
