Biography

Mercedes works as Senior Manager in the Transfer from Innovation to Business in Acciona Energía empathizing in new business as Green Hydrogen, V2G Vehicule to Grid and Energy Storage. Her previsou experience was leading innovative projects focused on Extending Life, Maximize Performance and Next-generation O&M for the existing fleet and exploring Floating Offshore Wind solutions. She drove new developments and advanced tools based on Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Simulation, Physical Models and Robotics. She started In the Renewable Energy Sector 13 years ago in Acciona Windpower for then moved to Acciona Energy, to the Utility Division, for the Life Extension Program and at present in the Innovation Department. She holds a Master in Mechanical Engineering and a DEA from École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers (ENSAM) in Paris.
