Biography

Prof. Ferreira is Chair in Wind Energy Science at Delft University of Technology, teaching and researching Wind Turbine Rotor and Wake Aerodynamics and Aeroelasticity. He is the Head of Studies of the European Wind Energy Master programme (https://www.tudelft.nl/ewem) and Programme Director of the MSc of Aerospace Engineering of TU Delft. Prof. Ferreira also chairs the Science Communication Committee of the European Academy of Wind Energy.
