Biography

Xabier Irure has been working in the wind industry for 10 years now. He currently serves as the Wind Energy Sector Global Commercial Director at Ingeteam. After a long career in the international rolling stock and automotive industries, he joined Ingeteam in 2012 as the Wind Energy Global Commercial Director for Ingeteam Indar Machines. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering by the University of The Basque Country (Spain) and completed an Executive Master in Sales and Marketing at ESADE.
