Biography

Victoria is leading Global Talent and Leadership Center of Expertise in Siemens Gamesa bringing people potential, data and technology together to get the business future-ready. She has a mix of technical Computer Science Degree and Master in Human Resources, additionally with HRCI Institute certification (USA) and INSEAD business school Leadership Program (France). Previously Victoria has held a number of global HR roles in various locations and sectors, as industrial or banking and currently she lives in Madrid. She believes in power of people potential and technology to create truly talent-centric organizations and support the purpose of green energy for the generations to come.
