Biography

Frédéric is the President (CEO) of Kallista Energy (www.KallistaEnergy.com), a European IPP. He was appointed in 2008 and combined his position with that of Head of the legal department until 2020. Before joining Kallista Energy, he built a track-record of 20+ years as a corporate M&A lawyer. He was one of the founding members and managing partner of CGR Legal (now LPA-CGR), one of the leading French law firms in the renewable energy sector. He started his legal career at Clifford Turner in 1987 and was the managing partner (Paris, Brussels) and vice-president of the international department of Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP (now Fox Rothschild LLP).
