Biography

Ana Burghi leads the European Affairs team under the Regulatory and Energy Policy department at the german transmission system operator TransnetBW. The environmental engineer has especialised in the energy field and carried out research on dispatch flexibility at the German Aerospace Center for several years. Originally Brazilian and convinced European, Ana sees the integration of the energy system as a strong tool for a succesfull energy transition and peaceful cooperation in Europe and around the world.
