Schiedam Training Center Manager, Saipem

Biography

Since 2016, Roberta Tamburro is the manager of Schiedam training center for Saipem Offshore Division. She aims to guide and develop training centers that support Saipem to improve technical and professional skills of the personnel, while encouraging competence and safety culture. With her lead, the STC has developped rapidly with more courses, trainers and participants. The STC now offers a new range of courses using innovative techniques and psychosocial assessment, gamification, 3D and simulations.
