Biography

Luca has over 10 years experience in the offshore energy industry, contributing to the development of more than 12 GW offshore wind energy and to the engineering and installation of more than 3,000 km of subsea power cables. During his carrier, he has supported project developers, contractors, national grid operators and government institutions, contributing to the successful development of their projects. Customer intimacy, circular economy and Sustainable Development Goals are the three pillars which makes Luca a reliable and trustable colleague and project manager at the same time, with an eye on the customer needs and on finding the optimal and sustainable solution. The experience built from feasibility up to decommissioning phase, through detailed design, installation and operational monitoring, in offshore energy projects makes a unique mix that guarantees clients with high quality engineering / consultant support and sustainable design and in line with the most recent international standards.
