Biography

Mr. Rapha has been working in the floating wind field for almost 3 years. He is currently a research engineer of the Power Systems group at the Catalonia Institute for Energy Research in Barcelona. He studied a double degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering, plus a master in Smart Energy at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Barcelona. He has been involved in the COREWIND European project since its kick-off. His research is focused on the cable system analysis and optimisation, economic evaluation, micro-siting and environmental impact assessment of floating offshore wind farms.
