Biography

George is a mechanical engineer with over ten years of experience delivering advanced engineering projects in the offshore wind sector. He currently leads offshore wind asset management at the consultancy Arup. He also leads a team of loads and structural analysts providing specialist input for offshore wind design projects worldwide. He has delivered numerous foundation design and life extension assessments in the UK, Europe and Japan. He developed Arup’s cloud-based solution for foundation integrity assessment and subsequently established the firm’s offshore wind asset management business.
