Biography
Jade is a current PhD student in the Naval Architecture, Ocean and Marine Engineering (NAOME) department at the University of Strathclyde. Jade joined the Wind and Marine Energy Systems and Structures (WAMSS) Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) in 2019 after the completion of her undergraduate degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering at Strathclyde. Her research is focused of optimising operation and maintenance procedures for offshore wind through the creation and development of new strategies. Her work is focused on floating offshore wind and novel turbines such as the multi-rotor system (MRS). She is a former IET power academy and Royal Academy of Engineering ELS scholar.Presentations
