Kathryn is a senior knowledge lawyer in the Norton Rose Fulbright energy and infrastructure group. Since 2006, she has been advising on English law finance and regulatory aspects of energy projects, with particular experience in wind energy. Kathryn’s experience includes international project financings and refinancings, energy project portfolio acquisitions and yieldco listings. Kathryn regularly advises clients in relation to Electricity Market Reform and the introduction of Contracts for Difference in Great Britain. Kathryn completed a Masters at Imperial College London, specialising in energy policy, and has also worked in-house at a UK renewable energy generation company in a dual role as part of the legal and onshore wind energy development teams.
