Ferdy Hengeveld has a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Energy Technology, which he obtained Cum Laude in 1998 . Throughout his career, he has worked in renewable energy, with a strong focus on wind energy. Since 2013, he is leading MECAL Wind / Energy, where he and his team are supporting wind turbine manufacturers and wind farm owners all over the world to improve performance and to decrease the cost of energy of wind power.
