Please note that:
- The only accepted payment methods are Visa and MasterCard.
- There will be no onsite registration available at the venue.

Pass categories
Academic/NGO/Non-profit pass – Eligible for representatives of NGOs, academia and non-profit organisations.
Government pass – Reserved exclusively for serving government officials who are attending in their official capacity.
You are eligible if you are:
- A current employee of a government ministry or department, local or regional government or embassies
- Attending the event as part of your official government role;
- Able to provide a valid proof of government employment if requested.
You are not eligible if you work for:
- A state-owned enterprise or government-controlled company;
- An investment promotion agency or public–private enterprise;
- Any commercial or semi-commercial organisation;
- A government entity as a contractor, consultant or external advisor;
- A political party.
Government passes are personal and non-transferable. We may request verification of your role and reserve the right to decline or withdraw passes if eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Member passes are reserved exclusively for participants from companies that pay a direct membership fee to WindEurope or AEE for 2026.
Press pass – Complimentary registration is available for accredited press members covering the WindEurope Annual Event 2026. All press accreditations will be subject to a manual approval process.
Speaker and Poster Presenter passes Invitations to register will be sent by the Conference Secretariat. For more information, please contact: [email protected].
Student pass – Only full-time enrolled students can benefit from the student rate.
Proof of status from the Registrar’s office verifying full-time status is required to process your registration. Part-time students, post-doctoral and PhD candidates with an income and others who cannot meet the above criteria are not eligible for the discounted student rate.
Each student registration will be subject to approval.
If participants are found to be ineligible for the category and/or the discount under which they have registered, WindEurope reserves the right to adjust the registration fees applied.
Group registration
You can register multiple participants as a group. If you have more than one person to register, simply use the group registration option at the end of your registration process. This feature enables you to make a single payment for several people and instantly send them their booking confirmations.

*WindEurope reserves the right to amend the listed prices should the prevailing rate of VAT be increased.
**The pre-event rate will be in effect until 20 April. From 21 April onwards, the event rate will apply.

1 All services listed are valid only for the purchased day.
2 Exhibition pass holders will be able to buy single session tickets.
3 WindEurope members will have access to the conference proceedings regardless of ticket categories.
4 In order to make our events more environmentally sustainable, we will not be serving meat for lunch. Instead, we will serve fish with a variety of vegetarian choices.
Badges
Badges will be sent by email to all registered participants a few days before the event. To avoid queuing, we kindly ask you to print your badge before coming to the event. Badges are personalised with a unique access code and non-transferrable.
Networking App
When you register, your data will be shared with our App provider Grip. The app will be available for download closer to the event. The event app will give you the opportunity to connect and network with other attendees before, during and after the event. You will also be able to consult the floorplan, exhibitors and the event agenda.
Registration support
If you have not received a confirmation e-mail, you are unsure if you are registered, you need a visa letter, you have not received an invoice, you want to request a refund or transfer your pass to someone else, then please visit our Registration Guest Portal.
E-Badges will also become available in this portal shortly before the event.
