Advancing Wind Energy Performance: Tools, Models and Validation

This joint event brings together the MERIDIONAL, AIRE and FLOW projects to present and discuss the key results and outputs achieved over their lifetime, as they approach completion.

The panel will focus on WindLab, the collaborative knowledge and data hub developed by the three projects.

It will also delve into the advances in wind farm efficiency obtained through innovative tools, modelling techniques, and validation methodologies that were developed within the projects’ frameworks. Participants will gain insights into practical applications, including tool demonstrations, model benchmarking, and large-scale validation activities based on OEM data.

The agenda also features a showcase session, and opportunities for stakeholder feedback, fostering knowledge exchange and supporting the uptake of project outcomes within the wind energy sector.
