Europe’s offshore wind assets are now strategically vital — and increasingly exposed to physical, hybrid, and geopolitical threats. This session brings together NATO and leading industry actors to explore how to safeguard turbines, cables, vessels, and grid infrastructure. Panelists will outline vulnerabilities across the value chain and discuss coordinated surveillance, resilience planning, and joint responses to keep Europe’s energy backbone secure.
