Biography

Carlos Jorquera is the CEO, CTO, and Founder of Boulder Imaging. Originally from Chile, he studied physics and electrical engineering at MIT and began his career at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. With more than 25 years of experience in optical engineering, AI, and machine vision, Carlos holds multiple patents and has authored numerous technical papers. He founded Boulder Imaging to solve complex problems through high-performance imaging, leading to innovations in industrial inspection and the development of IdentiFlight to protect bird species near wind farms.
