Biography

Christopher Sous is Team Lead Materials & Reliability at ZF Wind Power, where he and his team develop material-, supply‑chain‑, and manufacturing‑driven innovations that enhance drivetrain reliability. He integrates technology developments with reliability strategies to ensure both internal and external customer expectations are consistently met. Christopher has been with ZF for more than five years. Before joining the company, he led the Bearing Technology department at the Institute for Machine Elements and Machine Design (IME) at RWTH Aachen University, where he also completed his PhD.
