Biography

Dave is the Director of Policy & Research at Wind Energy Ireland. In this role, he works across Ireland’s energy ecosystem — with government departments, regulators, system operators and industry partners — to translate ambitious energy transition goals into practical, deliverable policy. Dave leads policy development and advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and strategic research programmes across the onshore and offshore wind sector, helping to accelerate delivery of wind power at scale and at pace, and to support a clean, secure and affordable electricity system.
