Biography

Arturo Marqués is Advisor for Offshore Wind at WindEurope. He advises on European public policies and energy regulations connected to offshore wind. He follows energy policy developments from the EU institutions and co-coordinates the WG Offshore, WG Floating Wind and the Offshore Wind Ports Platform. Prior to this, he worked on EU Regulatory Affairs for Iberdrola, and worked at the European Commission's DG Energy. Mr. Marqués holds a Master's Degree in International Relations from the Diplomatic School of Spain, and a MBA in International Management from the ICEX Business School.
