Biography

Mr. Rougeot has been working in the offshore industry for almost 20 years. He is currently head of offshore data analyst at Spinergie, a market intelligence platform providing maritime data to support commercial decisions and efforts to decarbonize the offshore industry. He studied hydrodynamic and ocean engineering at Seatech Engineering School in Toulon (France) and obtained a graduate license in modelling and numeric mechanics of Les Mines de Paris. After his studies, he spent 13 years at Subsea 7 in various roles and was mainly involved in offshore pipeline installation projects. For more than 2 years, he is leading a data analyst team, specialising in the offshore industry.
